The purpose of our team is to mentor young women to be the best players and people they can be, regardless of the resources they have access to. In order to do this we use basketball as a tool to get these women into the best colleges in the country, where they are set up for success. We are selective in the kids we recruit. We typically recruit kids that do not have the resources to go play at tournaments in all types of places during the summer, and cannot get access to gym time to practice multiple times a week. Athoulgh, the biggest trait we look for in these kids is not "are they the best player?". We ask "are they good teamates, and do they have the intangables such as; ambition, positivity, good communication, etc?" and we can help them grow on these life skills. We hope to make a difference in these kids lives and give them a family that can help them become the best versions of themselves.
